Just really wanted to thank you for arranging for Mailis to look after our little boy Kit during our stay in Val Thorens earlier this month. We also enrolled him in the ESF crèche for a few days but but he hated it and cried all day 😢 When we returned from our trip to Courcheval after his day with Mailis, he was so so happy and it was great to hear about all the fun they'd been having together!I think it made huge difference having that one-to-one care. So a big thank you to you, and of course Mailis!

Valerie was truely amazing with our little girl. She made us feel so at ease leaving Arabella for the day and had constant updates about their where abouts on their various walks or swims. She was fantastic and we really hope we can reserve her again next year!

Parents de Eliott, 11mois, nous l'avons confié 6jours à Valérie pour des journées complètes 9h-16h, non sans crainte au départ car nous ne l'avons jamais confié à quelqu'un d'autre que sa nounou mais Valérie a su nous mettre en confiance et elle a très vite été adoptée par Eliott. Des sourires à son arrivée et un bébé détendu à son départ. Elle a su s'adapter à son rythme, proposer des balades variées, jouer, chanter, danser, l'accompagner dans ses siestes malgré des endormissements parfois compliqués. Elle nous donnait régulièrement de ses nouvelles et était très réactive quand nous en demandions. Les repas se passaient très bien. Elle a été très à l'écoute de nos recommandations et s'ajustait au fur et à mesure pour répondre au mieux aux besoins de notre bébé.
Une expérience très enrichissante, une belle énergie, Valérie est une nounou passionnée, attachante, bienveillante et quel bonheur de voir Eliott lui tendre les bras à son arrivée le dernier jour ! <3 - Julie Mars 2022
Michelle was absolutely amazing. As i'm sure all parents can appreciate we were a bit apprehensive about leaving our 2 young children with a nanny we'd never met, but Michelle made us feel at ease straight away and both our children really took to her immediately. Michelle has a warm and lovely nature, easy company and a pleasure to be around. We were made to feel reassured straight away. I would highly recommend Slyvie to care for your children whilst on holiday. She was so easy to communicate with from the beginning of enquiry. Always very clear and precise on information and instructions on how to book etc. when it came time to meet my daughter she was very warm and friendly towards her which made such an easy transition for me to leave her in Slyvie’s care. My daughter enjoyed her company tremendously and I would 100% be using her again next time we come back for a holiday!

Nous avons été très contents des services de Valérie, elle aime bien les enfants et ceux-ci le sentent, elle s'est bien occupée des tout-petits, 6 et 13 mois et aussi des plus grands en fin de semaine. Elle a été flexible et a accepté d'avoir plusieurs enfants en fin de semaine et de les occuper (chasse au trésor). We used two nannies from Ski Nanny Val Thorens for a skiing holiday in March 2020. The nannies were excellent, really kind, experienced and reliable. They looked after the children beautifully and we felt very reassured at the level of care they provided whilst we were out skiing.

Julie was amazing. Our 2-year-old felt comfortable with her immediately. She was prompt, communicative, professional, and amazing with the children. She had lots of creative ideas of places to take them given her familiarity with the area, and she was willing to accommodate our son's specific schedule.

" We have just returned from a week in Saint Martin de Belleville. We arranged our Nanny, Carlotta, through the website back in the summer. This was so easy with prompt email responses. At the last minute Sylvie also came to our rescue by providing us with a car seat which she arranged to be delivered to our chalet.
We could not have asked for a better person to look after our boisterous twin boys. Carlotta was punctual, flexible ( with our chalet being in a tiny hamlet outside of the main village creating transport issues this was essential), full of great ideas ( soft play in Les Menuires, arranging ski passes to go up on the gondola, bringing toys to play in the snow with), thoughtful ( sending me messages and photos of the boys through the day) and most importantly smiley and happy. From the moment we met her we had confidence in her and we could ski knowing the boys were not only in her excellent care but were having fun! We can not fault Carlotta and would wholeheartedly recommend her. "

" I just wanted to thank you for connecting us with Barbara, she was amazing with the girls from the start, and they were so excited when she arrived with all of her toys. It was so great that she had a child-based knowledge of the area, and took the girls to a soft play centre on some of the days - which they LOVED! She went out of her way to bring things that we had forgotten or hadn't thought of and was so flexible with timings.
Finding a good nanny is always one of the biggest things when we plan our ski holiday and you made the process so simple.
Cindy (who did a couple of evening babysitting sessions for us) was also great, on time, and really friendly. I felt at ease immediately when they both arrived and will definitely be recommending you to other friends, and no doubt I will be contacting you again in the future.
Willow still talks about Barbara now 3 months on!

What a gem Sylvie is! Recommended by our chalet host- she was warm, friendly and very competent. My 7 and 5 year old had a great week with her and we were regularly updated throughout the day with pictures of the fun they were having off the slopes. Her English is perfect and the kids warmed to her within seconds of meeting her. I’d recommend her 100% and will not hesitate to use her a gain. Thank you Sylvie!

" Given that it was our first holiday with our 11 month old son, and the first time we would be leaving him for more than one day at a time, we were quite nervous about having a nanny. But Carlotta was wonderful from the moment she arrived. She came early on the first day so that we could settle Henry with her while still getting to the lifts for 9am, and Henry immediately took to her - smiling and playing with her happily. She was flexible with her working hours, meaning we could make the most of the good weather, and she took Henry out and about twice a day so he had lots of stimulation and fresh air. She also sent me pictures of Henry throughout the day so I wouldn't worry about him. Our chalet hosts told us when she was in the chalet with him she was constantly talking to him and playing with him - I couldn't have been happier with how the week turned out. Thank you for providing such a lovely nanny!"

We were delighted with our experience with Sylvie, and are already trying to plan another holiday around her availability next year! She minded our 13m old for four days, also taking her 4y old brother in the afternoons and babysat some evenings when they were asleep so we really got time to enjoy a bit of grown-up time too. "I can highly recommend Sylvie. My 2 year old daughter warmed to her immediately and did not even cry when we left for a day of skiing. Sylvie bought toys to the house knowing that we would not have many with us which I was very pleased about. "We were very satisfied with having Sylvie as a nanny for our children. Together with 2 other nannies Sylvie looked after 10 children, aged 1-8 years. We felt very comfortable leaving the children with her and we fast got the impression that they are in safe hands. Barbara was absolutely brilliant with our little boy. She emailed us in advance of our holiday to find out more about him, came equipped with toys (which instantly won him over) on the first day, and found something fun for him to do each day of our holiday. She knew the resort well, had lots of energy, and was very good at distracting him the few times he grumbled. I felt completely comfortable leaving him with her. Highly, highly recommend.
We've had lots of ski childcare in the past; Barbara was by far the best.
